In order to keep Aperçu’s audience engaged, I focused on creating trending content that featured a wide range of products. Overall, the Aperçu Market campaign received a 5.1% Instagram engagement rate and a 54% open rate for the email series.

Some top performing content for Aperçu were product flat lay images, so I created a ‘What’s in My Bag?’ email and social media campaign to promote a slow-selling collection. After running the campaign, we had a 53% increase in product sales and hit an overall reach of 21K and 24K impressions on Instagram.

To tap into the astrology trend with our audience, I created multiple email and social media campaigns that recommended a product to each star sign. Seeing a healthy engagement rate with this campaign (2.9%), I segmented a monthly email to each zodiac sign, giving them a unique $25 off discount code to shop with during their birth month, helping us consistently boost monthly sales.
